Hi new to this site. I am a long time ford fan but new to the F150. I live in WI but went to KY to buy a truck that had seen less salty roads. I bought a 07 F150 XLT 4x4 extended cab in dark metallic green. Bought it to haul my 86 SVO Mustang to track events. Got it in the beginning of June and have had to replace the exhaust studs/manifolds, spark plugs, abs sensor and its just September. Starting to wonder why I bought it. BR

I need some encouragement as I want to like this truck! Counting on support to sort out the problems I have gotten myself into.
Thanks, Bruce

Welcome to the site. Look around the 04-08 section. There's tons of info about your truck. Did you get a car fax with your truck? Might be worth it to have a report puked to see the history.

Yes I did and it was idle for a couple of years. I was told the owner had health problems. Looks very clean but has had numerous electrical issues. I will search more. Did find some info for limp mode and fuse 32 which I am dealing with right now. Had code P2006 Fixed at a Ford dealer (IMRC stuck closed)and when I picked it up it had the opposite code P2004 (IMRC stuck open).
