what do you mean by "frozen" in the engine?
you can try screwing it out with a punch.
or taking a torch, heating it up, and using an easy out.
or taking it to a professional.

you can try screwing it out with a punch. Its deep in the head no way to get a punch down there.

or taking it to a professional. Looking at his nic I think he is the professional;, just never encountered this problem.

Where can I get a Rotunda Special Service tool 303-1203 for taking out the broken spark plug? The Rotunda company said they are on back order till April 14th and cost is $169.25. Has anyone found them elsewhere? Or some other tool that can be used?
