Default bed cover

I'm selling my 2011 f150 scab lariat and getting a 2018 scab. Can't get a definitive answer on whether my 2011 Ford folding hard bed cover can fit the 2018. Ford dealer says the covers listed in the parts dept are different for the 2011 than the aluminum bodied f150's, although he says he didn't know why. I don't want to trade in my 2011 with the cover if it will fit the 2018! Any ideas?? Second question - do the aluminum bodies corrode like the steel ones? My otherwise pristine 2011 has severely rusted bed rails and pretty advanced rust in the rocker panel areas (not rusted through yet). Thanks! BTW been driving f150 and f350's for 45 years. My 2011 ecoboost is the greatest!! Used it for trips until electric versions are perfected ( have a Tesla S Ludicrous for fun, but prefer f150 for trips)
