Hello from TX. After 6 years driving various other cars I’m back in a truck and oh boy is it nice.
Last one was a 2002 F-150 extended cab with the 4.2L V6, short bed 2WD. It was great, but got tired and was traded in in 2014. Have been mooning over going back to a truck in maybe a lightning or something. Well, finally got to where it is time to buy another car and I am unable to decide between a truck and sporty car. I’ve got more budget this time around so I’d like something a little more plush than I had before. In whichever flavor.
Then I read about the 2019 Limited trim on the F-150. Im hooked. I need to save up some
more lunch money if going to get into one with any money left for gas.
Well yesterday I took my jar of quarters on a test drive and ended up driving home a 2019 Limited 4WD, in black. I haven’t stopped smiling. Front with the limited badging still on Side view showing off the 35’s Front with the limited badging removed. (It was just too much.) South TX sun and a plastic body panel tool got the shiny bits off. Elbow grease and goo be gone took care of the rest.
