Hey guys, I am new to this, so bear with me. I just bought a 2004 FX 4 used of course, my first truck anyways the person that had it before me put an aftermarket radio system in it, when they sold it they took it out. I did some research and found a stock radio system on Ebay, my question is what type of wiring harness do I need for it.

Hacker, if you're installing a factory radio the plugs in your dash should fit the stereo, the only time you need a wiring harness is when you are installing an aftermarket head unit. If the previous owner cut the factory harness to install their radio then you'll need to find a totaled truck in a salvage yard, cut the factory plugs out of that truck and splice it into yours. But if you're going through all that hassle you should look into an aftermarket head unit; you'll get more power, better sound and more features.
