Hey y'all. Yet another newb to this forum. I'm currently shopping F-150's, and will most likely be buying one on Saturday. Came in here to do some research and reading.

I had a 2002 F-250 7.3L that I drove from 69k to 180k, sold it and bought a Jeep Commander because I never towed anymore. Turned around and bought a boat, so now I'm towing again. My Jeep was great from when I bought it at 50k to about 88k and towed the boat well, but has turned into constant trouble, hence my reason for ditching it now at 98k. We as a family have had a few other Fords. Dad has had a '91 F-150 and a '08 F-250 6.4L King Ranch, and my brother drives a '03 F-150 5.4 FX4.

I have my eyes on a 2009 Lariat 5.4 with 61,2xx or a new 2013 XLT 5.0. Both 4x4 Super Crews.
