Another Canadian
Just another Canadian saying hello
Initially joined back in 2017 as I started looking at the F150 and almost ended up with a 2.7 Lariat but trade in value on my trade was just not where it needed to be
Fast forward to December 2018 and looking again and was working a deal for a 2018 King Ranch with a 5.0. Couldn't come to terms and walked but kept dialog open with dealer
January 2019 decided to order what I wanted which was a difficult process. 2.7 would fit my needs, 5.0 seemed it might be less to maintain but the 3.5 was my want but at a cost of Cdn $2600 (plus losing a $2,000 rebate on the 2.7). 3.5 was Cdn$750 more than 5.0.
Back in December I test drove 3.5 and 5.0 back to back and honestly I could live with either but there was one thing I kept thinking...... I can Tune a 3.5TT and get the power much cheaper and more reliably under warranty than adding the necessary things to a 5.0 losing warranty to make it faster
So now I wait the now 7 to 13 weeks for my 2019 Lariat 5.5 with a 3.5 and research the Tunes. At this time I'm leaning towards 5*

Got the VIN today. Looked it up but not much showing other than 2019 Lariat SCrew SB 3.5 and allocated to Kansas City. Go Chiefs? Happy workers make better trucks
