Hello All-
Going to order a 2019 F150 Lariat Special Edition in the next week or two. Will be my 4th Ford. Got a '97 F150 4.2 XL out of high school, then a '99 Explorer EB AWD, and most recently, an 04 F150 XLT.

Havent had any luck finding the truck I want on a lot so I am going to have the dealer order it for me. 2019 F150 Lariat 4WD SCrew Special Edition in Abyss Gray with a 3.5 EcoBoost. Should be fun!

 

Welcome to the forum. I ordered a new 2019 Lariat and should be here the first part of March. I couldn't find the configuration I wanted either.

 

In the Portland area, all of the Lariat SEs had moonroof, technology package, tailgate ladder... I dont want any of that, but I did want Adaptive cruise and max towing pkg (really just the 36gal tank, but saves you $$$) So rather than pay $4k extra for stuff I dont want, happier to just have it custom ordered. Downisde, I work out of town and on the road- so it will be a bit messy getting home to pick it up. Worth the wait though.

Yes, want to do a tune at some point. Probably wait until it has a few thousand on it and broken in.
