Default 95 F150 from Texas!

What's up everyone, just wanted to jump into a quick introduction thread and introduce myself. I'm zs_5.slow, coming to you from a small town in Texas you've probably never heard of. This is my 12th vehicle in the past six years as I like to trade/sell/buy cars almost like a dealer lmao. However, I've sort of fallen in love with this truck and wanna take some time to work on it and build it up to something wonderful. Here's a shot of it. It's a 1995 Ford F150 XLT 5.0 2WD with 197k miles. Still learning the ins and outs of Ford as I was/kind of still am a die hard Chevy fan. But you can't beat the sound of a SBF 5.0

Welcome to the F150 boards! Any fun plans for the truck modification wise?

Still up for debate, but I've got a decent idea on how I want the truck to look. I really need to make a build thread to get ready. For sure my Flowtech full length headers are going on this weekend along with true dual cherry bomb extremes dumped at the front of the rear axle.

However I can't decide between a 3" Body lift and F250 springs to level the front out with 32s/33s and gap guards, or a 3/5 DJM lowering kit with 235/60r15 up front and 255/60r15 in the rear on the aluminum wheels I have on it right now. It's a bit of a toss up because I've always wanted a nice lifted extended cab, but the OBS body style looks so gorgeous lowered.

Welcome fellow Texan! I am up here in the Dallas area. Nice truck and it definitely has potential! I've owned other Fords before such as an Explorer and Expedition before I bought my 2016 F150 XLT. At one time, I even owned a used standard shift Pinto in the early 80's! (Dating myself here I know!)
