Default 2018 f150

Bought a 2018 f150 lariat with 16 miles. At 1800 engine light was on for piston 1 and 2 misfiring. 1 day in shop and tbey "updated" the computer. All good... At 2500 miles I started it and it died after 30 seconds. All kinds of error messages. They have had it for a week now and have no idea what's wrong with it. I replaced a 2003 Honda accord coupe with this and was quite excited...kinda wish I had kept the Honda. Anyone else have problems? They gave me a rental, a Ford fusion...not quite equivalent.

Thanks. Obviously a defective truck but lemon law in my state is almost impossible to enact so I guess I'll have to wait until they figure it out.

Welcome to the forum Bdogg. I understand your frustration, my 17 KR has been in the shop for the last two weeks. They are trying to find a strange noise coming for behind the gauge cluster. Good luck with yours.

Same to you. At this point I hope it takes 30 days to fix. Then I can claim lemon law and get a working truck.
