2008 Ford F-150 4.2L XL front end damage
So I got this f150 and when I got it, it didn't have the driver side headlight and when i wanted to start the truck i had to either turn the key then while holding the key in the start position i have to turn the headlights on or while holding the key i turn the emergence lights on. but it will not start if i don't do one of the two

Welcome to the forum, sounds like you have an electrical harness that got crushed in the accident.
Time to start tracing the harness thru the damaged area.
