Default 2004 F150 Front End Squeak

Hello all. I have a 2004 F150 XLT 4X4. Currently it has 215K miles. About 6 months ago a loud screech started when I would accelerate. I found this to be the IWE actuator. I replaced and the noise went away. Then about a month ago the same sound came back. I disconnect the actuator and the sound didn't go away. I have replaced all of my pulleys thinking those were the issue, good thing I did because they were about to fail, but the sound is still there. What is weird is the sound only happens between 2000 and 3000 RPM. Goes away when the RPM goes below 2000. Now I have tested that my 4X4 works and it does engage. It also engages in 4H and 4L. Though when it does its very loud so I'm guessing its the 4X4 and IWE having the issue. I don't use the 4X4 ever so removing it doesn't matter, but I want to make sure something doesn't lock up while driving. I am wondering if the IWE is the issue and how to trouble shoot exactly whats the issue.

Any help would be great.
