Question 2001 f150 problems

Okay guys I'm new to the website. I have a 2001 f150 and lately it's been squeaking from the rear end. (U-joints)? And the other day I got on it and was goinging about 70 and it felt like the truck was shaking from the back. Then the next morning I went out and went that fast and it didn't do it anymore. I'm just wondering what you guys think what the problem is. Any input would be greatly appreciated,
Thank you

You could re-balance the rear tires. To look at the u-joints, remove the driveshaft and see if there is any binding or slop.
