1st Time F150 Owner
Bought my very first F150 a few weeks back and have been happy with it so far. It is also the very first brand spanking new vehicle that I've ever purchased too. I had a 2003 Jeep liberty that I had driven for 10+ years, but it needed some front end work that would have cost more than double what it was worth.
After a bit of looking around I managed to find a 2018 F150 locally that fit within my budget. It has the Max Trailer Tow package, spray in bed liner, tailgate step, trailer backup assist among a number of other things. I'm pretty impressed with it so far and I can certainly say that it pulls my 1974 Boler like it's not even there! Then again, it only weights 1500 lbs loaded. Given how peppy that 3.5L ecoboost is, I'm going to have to make sure I watch my speeds while towing it so I don't end up doing a Fast and the Furious drift around corners.
I'll likely be lurking around the threads for tips and tricks over the next few years.

Thanks for the welcome! I think my boy was more excited than I was about the purchase. He was finding all sorts of reasons to go out for a drive in it. Hoping it stands the test of time!
