Default 1987 f150 fuel problems

So I have a 1987 F150 4x4 with a fuel injected 302. I replaced the radiator and battery, but can't get it start. I have spark and gas in the injectors, I blead the injector manifold to see if gas was getting to the motor. It has gas in the manifold but the motor still wont start. HELP!!! I can't seem to figure out if I have bad injectors or a whole other problem. Could it be the fuel pumps because I have two gas tanks and I put the gas in the front tank? I have fuel in the injectors so I'm assuming gas is getting there just not igniting, I put fuel stabilizer in as well because the gas in there was sitting for a long time an the mechanic I talked to said that was a good thing to do, but he hasn't looked at the truck personally, any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
