Default Want to look shiny. What car wax to buy?

I'm looking for a car wax to use on my new eco. To help prevent all the bad nasty things that will try and make it look not so good (sap, water SPOTS)! I would prefer not to use a buffer and not spend 100$ on everything (engagement ring). So put your opinions in for what kind of "kit" i should buy to make my black beauty shine!!

I notice that it has me using a buffer. I don't really want to have to use a buffer. I'm not a big fan from what stories I've heard about them. So i'm going to try to avoid using one as much as possible.

I dont think you "NEED" to use a buffer its just easier depending on your experience and what your comfort level is.

Yeah, you don't have to use a buffer. Here is directly from Autogeeks page:

Liquid Insulator Wax can be applied by hand or using a dual action polisher equipped with a finishing pad. If applying by hand, simply wipe on Liquid Insulator Wax using a poly foam applicator. It takes very little to cover each panel. Buff with a Cobra Microfiber Towel. This towel has excellent grip for removing waxes, and it will make application of Insulator Wax even quicker. You will find the wax easiest to remove if you apply a thin coat and do not let it completely haze over before buffing.

Orbital and rotary buffer are totally different. My 4 year old could use a orbital, leave rotary buffers and wool pads to the pros.
If you can afford it, buy a porter cable 7424 orbital.
