Default tonneau cover vs. carwash

Just wondering if anyone has had trouble taking truck with soft tri-fold (ie.gator) tonneau cover thru touchless carwash. I'm not so much worried about a little leakage but don't want to ruin cover.

I ran my last truck through a touchless car wash with a Gator soft tri-fold and had zero issues.

I tend to hand wash simply because of the wax chemical in those touches washes. The spray force can be excessive as times.

Had the Truxedo Lo Pro for 5+ years on my '11 SCAB and ran through touchless carwashes all the time and other than some water around the tailgate inside, never had any issues. Cover held up great in my experience...

I have a Extang Trifecta on my '97 Crew and haven't had any damage or wear caused by the automatic car wash. It has been a great cover too!
