Tint Safe Window Cleaning Products???
I've used the RainX 2in1 foam spray on the interior of my windows for years with no issues. I know it does not say "tint safe" on the label but, it does not have ammonia in it (turns tint purple) and have never had any issues on my truck or wifes van.
However, I just replaced my front windshield as the old one just looked rough from 15 years of wear. I had my front strip done in 5% Limo, really wide and illegal, the way I like it.......and I then had the entire front windshield tinted in 50%.
Cost me $135.00 for the job and I'm reluctant to use anything not "tint safe" on this windshield with such light tint, any imperfection will be noticeable.
I used to wax my windows inside and out, that's a pain and would like a good product that is slick, anti fog preferably, and wipes easy as my kiddos like puttin their sticky hands on them.
Any suggestions or advice appreciated.

I use this on my auto's windows. And it's safe for tints.

I've seen this stuff for years and have never tried it.
Does it work like/as well as RainX for water repelling?
I'm a firm believer in keeping my windows treated. I wipe them 2-3 times a week with the 2in1 foam and usually treat weekly with the original. Hardly ever use my wipers.
Just curious and I am mainly looking for something for the interior, but, if it works as well as the reviews say, it might be a 1 for all application.

The thing with the Rain X products, even the interior Anti Fog product, it doesn't have ammonia but, it doesn't say safe for tint or do not use on tint. So, I guess it's a use at your own risk deal.

It's just a cleaner. I still use Rain-X for the windshield.

Only had tinted window a few weeks, but I've been using https://www.eagleone.com/2020-auto-glass-cleaner, specifically says safe for tint. Seems to work pretty nicely. Gets the dogs nose prints off the back windows, and doesn't streak.
Oh, and its minty fresh, although I dont think I smell it after it dries.
