I had a buddy of mine told me to clean the chrome on my truck, its pulls off small amounts of rust and grime. Aluminum foil, water, and elbow grease

Those wheels turned out sweet. Did you try anything else before the aluminum foil? I've always used Brillo pads and warm water with the same result. It only took a few minutes per wheel, followed by a coat of wax. Just curious.
