NOPE. A wax is usually organic based (carnuba palm sap), a sealant is inorganic and not palm sap based.

Please don't think that video show you have to polish paint. That paint has so much haze to it, granted its shiny........but that is only one level of paint polishing.

This is not somthing you just do in your spare time by picking up products.

right there is your problem..what do you use to wash them? and every vehicle needs a good coat of wax on a regular basis...i wax mine once a month...is that overkill? maybe lol but my paint always looks 10 feet deep

i did a van that looked a lot like what your truck does a couple weeks ago...i think your truck may just be a tick worse and may even need to be re sprayed

Dont really know.. It shines a bit when i wash it or put a little wax on it...

What did you use? I am thinking of using Meguiars products.
(1)Ultimate Compound
(2) Polish
(3) wax

What do you think?

Going to try this tomorrow.. Looked at the roof and i think I can restore it or partially..

I did my 2000 last year in January with Turtlewax polishing compound and a power buffer to apply and remove. Results were incredible, brought back my paint to new, and I mean looked NEW. I finished it off with hardshell wax after. I am still getting compliments ! Oh yeah, I also only spent about $ 14 for both.
