I just had a set of the westin platinum series black powder coated nerf bars installed on my f150 and just noticed a few scuff marks. The scratches/scuffs are on the powder coated part of the bar just to the right of the step pad. I tried using scratch remover and wax with no success. Is there any way to remove the scuff marks are am I just going to have to deal with it?

 

Strip the powdercoat off using Permatex gasket remover,
Then paint to desired color...
Get touch-up paint of same color.
Call it good.

 

I'd say Line-X the suckers!
