Ahhh I see. I may switch to a sealant then. Will it hurt where my armorall wash that I use has wax In it?

Ill give the inside a try. I appreciate it

Will the wax in my wash I use work with a sealant? I'm thinking a sealant would work Bette with my silver paint job

the sealant will work, but i would suggest to wash with dawn first, or use a can of preps all spray to ensure it gets a good bond. the paint needs to be squeaky clean for the sealant to bond properly.

after the sealant is down, no problem to use a wash with a wax in it.

How often should I use a sealant? And do I still use a wax on top of it between using the sealant?

sealant should last you 12-18 months...i would do two coats of sealant and then a coat of wax...

but no wax between layers. so like this;

clean paint
sealant application - cure (based on type of selant 12-24 hours)
sealant application - cure
wax application

And then I can keep on waxing for the 12-18 months. And then after that is over wash with some dawn soap to remove and break it down and reapply? Is that correct?

for sure...

if you keep up with the waxing , the sealant should last longer...the wax layers will wear before the sealant.

the sealant should also resist the stripping properties of the Dawn...they are really quite durable.
