I have used brake cleaner on cloth but it is always good to test a small amount in an area not seen. I don't spray it directly on the stain I put it on another piece of cloth and rub it on the stain. I then wet it with water afterwards. Ammonia works well too but I also use the same procedure.

On my side I used a lot of these method (I even tried toothpaste out of desperation), nothing worked.
Reading through the internet, I found the brand called IGL coatings, and they do very good cleaning products, for normal stain I'd recommend ecoclean multi but if it does not work, go straight to ecoclean delete. If you wanna go the extra mile, you can also have your seats coated, I have not done that yet but I am considering the investment, given what I've seen on youtube, it is probably worth it.
