Default Chrome Tailpipe Polishing

Hey guys once again I've come across a little dilemma that is going to cause me to go crazy! I have the chrome package on my truck which includes the chrome tailpipe. I've tried using mothers chrome polish and I can't get the thing to shine like it did when it left the factory! I'm sure someone on this forum can help!

Thanks a lot guys and or girls!

I used Wenol Blue on my chrome recently followed up w/a coat of Meguiars NXT Tech Wax 2.0. Brightened up some, not perfect. I thought about buying a Mothers Power or Mini Ball but didn't.
