I used Meg's Gold Class Car Wash followed up with Gold Class Quik Detailer, and was really happy with my results. So today, I finally broke down and bought the rest of my supplies to do Meg'ss 5 Steps to Car Paint Care 100001.onl/ 1921681254.mx/ acc.onl/hotmail. I'm going to start on my wife's 06 Jeep Commnader and If I have time then I'll hit my truck with the same. Here's my setup:
1-Gold Class Car Wash
2-Meg's Clay kit with Quik Detailer
3-Ultimate Compound
4-Ultimate Polish
5-Gold Class Carnauba Liquid Wax

Nice, sounds like a fun weekend. Depending on the severity of the paint defects, you might be able to skip the compound. I would do a small test section with just the polish and see if that alone gives you the results you want. Every time you use abrasives, you remove or file down a small bit of the clear coat so only do what you need.

Washed and dried truck.
Clayed with Meguire's Quick detail and clay bar
rinsed/dried -ran errand
washed and dried
Turtle Wax Hybrid Wax & Polish with D/A polisher and finishing pad
Ate a snack as dinner
Turtle Wax Hybrid Ceramic Spray Coating
In 24 hours, Sunday night at 9:30, I will apply a 2nd coat of spray ceramic.

So far looking good and man is it is slick surface!
Can't wait to see it in the sunlight!
