How do I unsubscribe from f150forum.com? Not from different posts but from the whole site?

I would like to know this as well. I have chosen not to receive emails, selected unsubscribe in my settings yet I keep getting email notifications every time someone posts in a topic I posted in. How can I stop this? It's quite infuriating.

Click on "User CP"...

Click on "view all subscribed threads"...

Next to the thread topic theres a box beside "email:daily" and click inside the box and all the subsequent thread topic boxes...

Then go to the drop down menu box below...where it says "selected threads"...

Select "delete subscription"...

Click "Go"...

This will delete the topic subscriptions you have.
Whenever you reply to a topic in a thread it automatically subscribes you to that thread and you get a bunch of notifications.
This will (should) stop those notifications as you're no longer subscribed.

As for deleting your account, I don't think its doable.
Ive seen several requests over the years and have never seen it actually materialise.
My guess is the forum needs the subscription numbers to maintain ad revenue.

Cheers

It's actually fairly common for someone to request an account deletion, or to stop using their account for a few years, then want to return using their original account (original username and original join date with history). If an account is actually deleted, it cannot be restored. Thus why accounts are locked and not deleted in the network.

As far as Subscriptions, it may require two steps. This is because the software allows a mixture of different subscriptions. You can have the default subscriptions overridden per thread.

1) You need to edit the Default Subscription mode via the UserCP in the the Edit Options section:
https://www.f150forum.com/profile.php?do=editoptions

The UserCP has all account-based options. The Default Subscription mode is what's automatically used whenever someone posts to a new topic. This only applies for subscriptions going forward - it does not change previous subscriptions.

2) You need to edit the existing Subscriptions via the UserCP in the View all Subscribed Thread section:
https://www.f150forum.com/subscripti...n&folderid=all
