I think I have met the criteria to post an ad in the "trade and sell" section of the forum however, I am currently not allowed. Is there something else I need to do?


Additionally, I cannot insert emoticons in my posts. I select the emoticon and nothing happens. Perhaps, this is another NooB thing?
