Default A Thread for Tools

I think it would be nice to have a dedicated thread for tools. We all discover tools that are handy for a particular job it would be nice to have a place to post such discoveries. I mentioned this in the general discussion thread and their seems to be support for it.

It strikes me this might be a thread to generate some ad' revenue for you. There are numerous outfits that make tools. You might convince one or more of them to sponsor such a thread. I know I would click on such things I am always looking for a tool to ease a particular job. When I spotted the articulated 3/8 inch ratchet at Harbor Freight Tools it just rooted me in place for a few seconds here was the solution getting at #3 and #4 sparkplugs on my truck. I would have purchased this tool years ago had I known about it.

Oh Jon thanks for the stickers as soon as it gets warm enough they are going on the truck.

An excellent idea, don't have a clue as to the new generation tools necessary for the later engines. Can talk history with the best, again thats old news. A section for, "You gotta get this" is a great idea.

Oh I guess it would be a subforum. Sorry my knowledge of forum terminology is not up to date.

hey i was thinking the same type of thing. it would be cool if we all could learn what tools guys are using to fix their trucks or even ask questions on what kind of tools we should to our own collections.i have looked around a bit and not sure if i just cant find it or it does not exist yet but just a couple of my thoughts on it
