Default Strange forum behavior

Just started seeing this. Instead of seeing the actual threads listed in the URL, this is the message I'm getting. Happens at random times. Sometimes, the correct threads come up, other times this message. No se.

What is happening is those threads are in the moderator queue pending review. We rolled out some newer updates to help with spam, and it will take some fine-tuning plus no system is perfect.

However, your report caused us to discover that the message you see, when the thread is in moderator queue pending review, is incorrect. The wrong error message might not be immediately fixed since this error appears in the code, not settings, and code edits/updates/changes are done under strict and planned stages.

So that's the why.
