I think it's random? Just checked this thread, then 2 larger thread and they timed out the same..3rd one was slow again

 

Actually it does seem to follow that pattern...maybe the database for the 40,000 post threads are hoarding it.

 

For me this site has been extremely slow. It seems like it's not until ALL the ads, usually the ones that have motion, have downloaded. It does it on my home PC, and both Laptops. Some days are really bad. When I type (I'm slow and have to watch the keyboard) I need to wait, or I have to go back and retype what didn't load when I started to type. It's very annoying.
