I reviewed your account and was able to provide a "test" like to the thread you referenced (2021+ Mega thread) and removed the liked. Therefore, I'm not seeing the issue you're reporting.
Please provide a link to a specific post where you cannot provide a like. If it's a long thread, such as the 2021+ Mega thread you reference, then please provide a link to a specific post within that thread. I tried to like post #6 again and got this message: You do not have permission to perform this action. Please refresh the page and login before trying again. I tried to insert the screen shot as a saved file but wasn't able. Don't know if that is another forum issue or operator error.

I was able to like the post using your account settings as shown. This means this is not an account issue. Instead, it's likely an issue with the device you're using. Either a cache issue with your browser, a browser that might not be supported, or perhaps using 3rd party plugins and/or software that is interfering with the process. You didn't provide specifics as to if you're using a mobile device or desktop, what browser you're using or if you're using the mobile app, if you're using the mobile theme or desktop theme, what operating system your device is, etc., which all have a role.
My first suggestion would be to clear your browser's cache. If you have F150 bookmarked as a favorite, then you may need to deselect the preserve favorites data. If that doesn't work, you will then need to disable or remove any 3rd party plugins.

I use Chrome desktop on my laptop. I removed f150forum from my bookmark favorites and the shortcut from my Google homepage. I cleared the browsing history for the last 4 weeks. I deleted an ad blocker extension and enabled cookies to this site. Still no luck. What am I missing? I was able to like one of your previous posts using Firefox but don't normally use that browser and would prefer to fix the issue with Chrome. Thanks for your help. If this is getting too detailed please feel free to PM.

Clearing browser history is not enough. You must clear the cache. As you can see, Chrome has different options for clearing different data:
That said, if that doesn't work then I'm not sure how much further we can assist. The feature works correctly in our testing with Chrome (which is a popular browser used on our sites) as well as the other major browsers using no 3rd party addons. When the issue is specific to an environment, which may be due to 3rd party software and/or customized options/settings, then our ability to provide support is very limited as those things can alter the appearance and/or functionality and result in breaking things.
