I paid for membership on August 2. Filled out the webform in mid-August. Was messaged that the membership item was changing to a shirt, and I replied on September 3.

I still haven't heard anything further, and nothing has shown up. Whom should I message?

Please PM @IB Member Support with your address / shirt size so we can double check. I was in the office when we sent out the message on the shirts and if I recall we sent out everything we could about a week and a half later.
