Default Introduction thread not posting

I attempted to do an introduction thread and submitted it. It says something about being approved first which I understand may take time. I posted yesterday and since that I've seen several intro threads posted. I thought maybe I did something incorrectly so I went ahead and created another post this morning. Neither of which has made it to the Introduction treads. Any idea of why this could be happening, maybe I'm doing something wrong or maybe it takes a few days to get approved. I thought it was odd when I saw other intros being posted with time stamps after mine.

I have manually approved your thread:

New accounts, or accounts with low activity, have their posts checked by a few automated spam management rules to help protect the community from spam. Some trigger a false-positive, such as in your case, and require a manual review from Staff. Staff are unpaid volunteers so time on action may vary. Additionally, we have continued to work to help reduce false positives to the point it doesn't happen nearly as much as it did so it may have become less of a habit to check the queue as often.
