Default Intermittent Scrolling
What do I need to do to be able to smoothly scroll down a page? It terrible along with the fairly new page indexing bar at the bottom.

Are you wanting to turn off the infinite scroll and related threads?

Sorry but I'm not sure what that means. All I know is that it's next to impossible to scroll up and down a page.
