This looks like vBulletin, and I've used VBulletin for years, but I don't see the standard "bug" at the bottom of the page. Maybe it's modified? In any case, I've tried twice now to post pics as thumbnails to reduce visual clutter and twice now I haven't been able to figure out how to do it, so I'm here asking for help. Thanks in advance.

 

The thumbnail was an option within vBulletin when posting attachments. It is not used on this site. This site uses a custom uploader tool along with a Gallery Album.
