Forward and back doesn't work sometimes

What's up with the forward and back button not working sometimes? Sometimes the page will completely load and sometimes not. This is the only website that has that issue. Does the ISP have any control over that?

On my iPad it does the same thing. I have to rotate it to get to the back button or the more thread button
