At the bottom of the page, you'll notice the "Quick Reply" div. On the top right of that div is a blue circular button with two upward arrows that'll take you back to the top of the page.
Then you can use the breadcrumb trail to click on the breadcrumb you want to go back to.
Protip: the Backspace hotkey is actually a browser function, not a web page function. So if your browser supports Backspace as a hotkey, it should work on pretty much every web page you visit
For me the circular button with the double arrows only expands and contracts the quick reply dialog box. It does not send me to the top of the page. Same for the Similar Threads button, only expands and contracts that box. There is nothing I can see that sends me back up to the top, or better yet, back to the forum list.
