Everyone has a free membership but for $20 a year you get special priviledges like "the adult section" where slight nudity and raunchy jokes are posted, chat room feature, and a larger inbox. The downside is that we are kept more on our toes and are forced to enforce existing but "laxed" rules that most are not aware of or used to.

I told everyone this when I was made an admin... I will be constantly striving to improve this forum and make it a more enjoyable place to be (as if it wasn't before) and I'm doing my best to do everything I can to follow thru with that. My biggest enemy is time.

Speaking from experience, if you open a thread with relax rules. AND expect that behavior to stay in that forum is a total whacked idea. Maybe a completely different forum. But for the mod it's going to be similar to herding cats.
