I am having an issue access this forum and I hope it can be corrected. I have used Nord VPN for years and it automatically connects though it when I turn on my computer. My issue is it appears the site is banning IP addresses (I assume someone is causing problems) and they are banning Nord NPN access points. Most on the eastern half of the US are banned and now they are moving west. It appears whoever you are tying to block is using Nord VPN so your blocks are not actually do anything. They have many more access points they can keep using. Its only making it difficult for those of us just using their service.
Please don't say just don't use my VPN. I will stop reading this forum before that happens and I am hate changing access point every couple days.

The blocks on VPN are not targeting a single person or single incident. Years ago, it used to be a virus or phishing link via email and, while that still does occur, now it's more common for sites to be targeted by spammers and scammers. This is not specific to F150Forum and F150Forum is far from being alone in this practice but large and active sites, such as F150Forum, have to deal with these types of issues.
So the VPN restrictions are not targeting a single person but, instead, is due to the VPN usage for spamming and scamming sites on a mass-scale level. The efforts of helping protect the entire community by restricting VPN comes at a cost, and weighed against, inconvenience for the lesser legitimate VPN usage.
