Default Error Viewing Private Messages

Hello all. Can anyone explain why i keep getting this error when i try to view my messages.

vBulletin MessageIpooted205, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
  1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
  2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Thanks, Richard

To help protect the community against Spam and Scammers, new members (or accounts with low activity) do not have access to send Private Messages until they've become "established" members. It's not good to disclose exactly what is required to become an "established" member, as then the spammers will find a way around the restriction, but know that it's fairly easy to become an "established" member if you use the site for its intended purpose. At a certain point, the system will then automatically upgrade the account with Private Message permissions as long as the account is active.

Looking at your account, you should have PM access but the system hasn't processed it yet. So I've manually made the change to your account.
