Is there a setting where I can opt out of any future thread updates. I don't want a single email.

I hate getting the emails too and after your thread I decided to figure out how to stop getting them haha......

Go to User CP, Edit options (along the right side), and there is an option for "subscribing to threads" I clicked do not subscribe but there is also a do not email tab. Once I clicked do not subscribe my whole subscription listing went away and I should no longer receive updated thread emails. Hope this helps!

What he said. You can disable it. I only get emails from private message notifications or reported posts.
