Do i register as a vendor
 

I would like to start painting emblems for members on the forum, do i need to register as a vendor, I dont foresee a lot of work but dont want to break the rules either.

Yes you would. But you would qualify for "Jr Vendor" status. Basically, the same privileges as "full" Vendor status at a reduced rate.
