Anyone else not receiving email notifications for thread subscriptions?
Yeah something happened last night for me too. The daily subscription emails started trickling in around 6 PM EST, and duplicates were delivered this morning too. I'm not 100% convinced the problem is fixed yet, but I definitely received more daily subscription alert emails in the past 24 hours than I have received in the past week.
I think this should be the final update... i woke up this morning to find about 15 emails. All received around 4 am. This is a good sign, and tells me the problem is fixed. Thanks again everyone who helped out. Its real nice to have things back to the way they should be.
Google confirmed that the site administrators have updated their records as suggested, so I think this is resolved. Thanks Patrick, for sharing Google's notes with the site admins.
Well a year later, it's happening again. I think the site/forum admins need to update their email server SPF records (again) because the email notifications for thread subscriptions have stopped for the past couple days. I received none over the weekend a handful this morning when I should have received 10-15 email notifications. Please fix soon!

Suggest setting it to "Instant email notification".
Remember to click "Save changes" at the bottom of the page afterwards.

Yep, I use both based on the type of thread. Are you saying the daily subscriptions don't work anymore? I've been using daily just fine for years on here (until the first problem occurred last April). When it broke, the site admins changed something in their SPF records and it worked again.
Thanks, I appreciate it! Let me know if I need to dig up my old PM with the old SPF record changes recommended by Google tech support the last time this happened. This potentially affected anyone receiving daily email notifications to a gmail account (likely thousands of people?). Lots of missed traffic = missed ad revenue for the site owners too.
