Just curious, ever since they changed up the web site and run ads on garage talk, my battery has tanked.
Martian has stated his android device if fine, just wondering if its an S7 thing?
Before the web shakeup garagetalk would use around 2% of my battery over a full day...(im on here alot)...after the web/ad thing that jumped to 70% and my battery needed recharge by 6pm...used to go a whole day with 30% battery left
Anyway I uninstalled...re installed, even factory reset the phone...same results
Been a couple weeks so this morning I loaded garage talk again...uninstalled it as it ate 9% of my battery in less than 5 minutes

Anybody else with S7 getting battery drain with garage talk...thanks

 

Not that it helps, but I have a S5 and bookmarked the site with a shortcut added to my home screen so I access it through Google chrome. No issues ever that way. No battery drain ever and looks just like I am on my laptop.
