My first F150 is the one in my sig. I honestly never liked Ford, was always a Dodge kind of guy. Owned several Dodges. Then last July I was in the market for new truck and I looked at some Chevy's; didn't like them, they felt cheap. Then I looked at the new Dodge Ram's; didn't like the size of the rear seat what with having a family. My friend kept telling me to go look at his 2010 F150 Harley and I kept blowing him off because I was biased. Eventually I went and looked at it and was sold.

Being since this is my first F150 I'm not sure I'd change anything other than Sync. It sucks.

She absolutely LOVES the expedition, and so do I ...

In order of appearance (with a few mustangs and a ranger in between and/or at the same time as some of them)
86 Ext Cab XLT two tone blue/silver with captains chairs. It had a 302. My dad bought it new in '86, and I got it when he took my ranger in 99 and traded it for his 2000 XLT.
93 RCSB 4.9L i6, 5 spd manual, 3/5 drop with a full custom interior.
04 Heritage STX RCSB 4.2 V6 5spd manual. First brand new vehicle I ever bought. Drove it for 3 years, paid it off after about 2 years, but got tired of having to lean over to roll down the window on the passenger side, so I traded it in for my next truck
06 STX RCSB flare side 4.6 auto. Loved this truck, payment was dirt cheap, and I should have kept it. I got away from trucks after this one, and got another mustang. While I had the mustang, just because I felt I needed a truck, I bought
96 Ext Cab 302 auto. Had a bench seat in the front, which I wasnt too thrilled with, but for $2500, this thing ran like a top. It was one of the smoothest running/driving vehicles I have ever owned. Traded it and the mustang for
'11 Ext Cab XLT 3.7 auto. This was without a doubt the nicest truck I have ever owned. After 9 months, I decided I wanted a car again, so I traded it for a '10 Hyundai Genesis coupe. This thing was a rocket, and handled like a go kart, but due to the stiff suspension, after only a few months it was rattling on the interior. Rather than chase the rattles, after 5 months I traded it for my current truck
'13 STX RCSB 5.0 auto. I think, aside from the 86 my dad gave me (he bought that when I was 6, and I have tons of great memories of us going fishing and hunting in that truck), this is probably my favorite. Has everything I need, nothing I dont, and I've put a bunch of money into it to make it exactly how I want it.

My vehicle progression started with a 1993 Pontiac Grand Prix LE 3.1L when I turned 17. Bought from my dad for a 1,000. I drove it for 5 years and then had to scrap it for $300. No more power steering and was falling apart. I still miss it though, was a lot of fun in the snow, total beater. Pic is definitely not mine, but looked exactly the same.

Next was a 2010 Camry SE 2.5L. It was a love hate relationship with this car. Looked nice, but had no performace, bad in the snow. But no other real issues, I probably won't ever own another Toyota again though, just felt so far behind in the times for it. I owned it for about a year.

Then May 2013 I bought my truck 2012 FX4 SCREW Ecoboost. I love this truck and see myself in it for quite some time.

'11 F150 Ecoboost.

That's it -- my first Ford. We've had a couple Silverados, a couple Suburbans, and an assortment of foreign cars (I seem to like my trucks domestic and my cars imported for some reason), but never a Ford before this.

The Ecoboost brought me to Ford. Otherwise, I'd probably just have bought another GM. Pretty happy so far -- if this works out well, I definitely see an EB Expedition in our future.
