I come from a family that was all Ford until the early 90s when we made the switch to Honda (apart from my Bronco). I am planning on switching back now but that only came about due to Ford drastically improving their product line across the board. I am loyal to reliability and quality more than anything else.

My grandpa retired from Ford (37 years) and my uncle. I have 3 other relatives that work there now and everybody drive Ford. So yep loyal to the oval and always will be! I'm converting my new wife to the good guys too!

My dad pretty much stuck to GM vehicles.

My Grandpa pretty much stuck to GM vehicles...

I buy the vehicle that suits my needs. Brand means nothing to be for the most part.

My grandpa retired from Cadillac. Dad was an engineer and retired from Ford. Uncles work for and drive Dodge products. I work for an automotive supplier, supporting most major automakers. My wife's family is strictly a GM family. Her dad/uncles/grandfather all worked for and/or retired from GM.

I've owned a little of everything...imports, Ford, GM, Dodge. Total of about 30 vehicles, about half of them bought or leased new. I prefer Ford and will not buy anything else anymore, especially after my last few problems with non-Fords. My wife has a Pontiac and refuses to even drive a Ford. Her G8 GT is Australian though and so far has been much better quality than any GM made here. I'm very impressed by it and almost got another for myself. Even though it is a GM product, her dad was pissed that she bought an import (issues with it not being UAW built...blah blah blah).

When we go to family functions on the wife's side, mine is the only non-GM vehicle around, but I have no problem owning the best one there, LOL.

My family is loyal to both Ford and GM but most are interchangable with both brands with exception of my grandpa who is a retired 35 year gm employee. There is not a single mopar fan in my family.I used to be loyal to GM but I most likely will never buy another due to the way their company is run, however I believe they still make quality vehicles. The only GM product I would consider buying is the new CTS-V if I could afford it.I have always liked the look of ram trucks and the hemi sounds appealing but the only mopar engine I havn't heard a complaint about is the 5.2 v8.I currently have 65000 on my 08' f150 and plan to drive her to 150k and trade it in on a new f150 but I am considering a powerstroke due to the fact I would like to get into home brewing biodeisel.

Well I own a 04 F150, my dad a 00 F150, my brother in law a 01 f150, my grandpa a 04 f150 that is his farm truck and a 04 f250(with about 30k miles) and a 87 f250 and my uncle with a 97 f250 with the 7.3 and a 08 f250. When it comes to trucks, we are pretty brand loyal, for cars, not really. We usually buy what works for us. My grandpa has owned probably 4 other fords that he bought with quite a few miles and run them til they died for farm trucks. I don't think he will ever stray away from the fords and john deeres.

My uncle has a mid 70s dodge pickup that it still running strong. He bought a 05 dodge truck and he hated it. My grandpas 04 f250 pulling a loaded steel livestock trailer could out pull his dodge with a loaded aluminum trailer all day. It didnt take him too long to get rid of the dodge.

Ford all the way! Both of my grandparents drive fords. My step dad drives a ford, and I drive a ford! My mom has a Mercedes that always has problems and my bio dad has a dodge 2500 ( not gonna lie, its a badass truck lifted with front and back ranch hands, headache rack, and lifted), but other than those 2 we are all ford!

No, my mom drives a 2009 Nissan Maxima, my sister drives a 2008 Nissan Altima, my other sister drives a 2005 Kia Sportage (looking at 2011 Ford Explorer this week), my dad drove a 2010 GMC Sierra before he passed which I am now making payments on to take over, and I still have a 1992 Ford F150 I drive at the same time before I sell it to my neighbor.
