You'll be replacing that headlight and the foglight for sure. Time to get some Special edition heads and Morimoto fogs!

He may have been talking about the red spot....Is that primer or paint transfer from her car?

I don't think the head light was damaged, but maybe it is and I just cannot tell since everything else is shifted. The lens isn't cracked at least.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. It goes in tomorrow for the estimate. I'll be in AZ for the next week so hopefully I can come home to it all fixed up.

Almost positive it'll be cracked on the casing inside the engine bay. Someone backed into my truck at my work a while back, very similar damage. Didnt think I needed a headlight until I brought it to the dealership bodyshop, sure enough there was a small crack. I was told they crack all the time even with light front end damage. [

Thats not a Wreck, it's a Flesh wound!

Yeah, they do crack easily. They are part of the collision absorption, and designed to fracture under impact in such a way as to reduce G forces on the passengers, downside, even a minor hit can damage them. Make sure they inspect it close and replace it even if just a minor crack is found.

Was wondering what they called that particular color, I like it a lot but I may be biased, to me it looks exactly like what we used in the Navy, Battleship Gray. Picturing some murals on it like the big deck guns on the hood facing forward and ahhh better stop before I have my truck repainted lol.

I feel your pain deeply, wasn't two weeks after I bought my truck and got slammed by a hail storm, still had the paper tag in the window. PDR techs made her like new.

No offense intended. I have never seen the color before and the red showing through makes the bumper appear to have been repainted.

I did have a 92 Crown Vic in that color. Didn't start out that color, started out as Titanium Frost, but the base faded while the clear remained pristine, and it looked just like the new Lead Foot but with tiger stripes.

Got the truck back from the body shop today after $3600 worth of work. It looks great and I love that grille WAAAY better than the original. It took a little longer to get back because apparently a lot of 2018 parts are on backorder. That missing black panel piece on the bumper is still on BO until next week.
