Default Won't start

Hello,
I have a 2003 f150 with the 4.6 and auto trans.
This morning I went to start it and it won't start.
All I get is one click sound from the solenoid that is a attached to the firewall and one click sound from the starter but the starter won't engage.
It did the same thing yesterday morning but eventually after the third time I turned the key It started.
Once it starts it runs and starts fine just. It just does it in the mornings.
It is very cold here -25 celcius with the wind chill but I don't think the cold weather has anything to do with it.

After turning the key back and forth about 10 times it finally kicked over and started.
I shut it off right away and it started again.
Does anyone know why this is happening?

If indeed your getting voltage to the starter then it sounds like the problem I had on my Park Avenue. There is a bad spot on the starter and your burning through it when you finally get it to crank over. You just need to replace it before it doesn't start and then you have to have it towed.
