Question Winter Tires

I am about to upgrade my tires before winter and are trying to decide on a tire in a 265/70r17. It would be a great help if you guys could comment on my selection.

- BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO

- Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac

- FALKEN WILDPEAK A/T

- BRIDGESTONE DUELER A/T REVO 2

Thanks,

Mike

The BFGs are pretty good.
I had Cooper Discover last year and they were good.
Now I have Hankook Pike and they have been awesome in the mud. No snow yet.

out of those, duratrac would be best by far for the winter especially cause you can stud them. They are rated extremely high for snow.

this will be my first winter on BFGs. my dad has had them on his excursion for years and loved them, he just got a second set not too long ago. i would say go with BFGs but im sure theres other tires that compare.

I have Firestone Destination ATs but the Bridgestone Duelers were my second choice. They received a favoravble review on tirerack.com. Their traction in snow is pretty good. They received a good score for wear also.

I have the same tires as Pity.I love the BFGs so far.I had P255s70R 17s&now have LT265s 70R 17.I have yet to try them in the snow. They should be better than the Generals I had.I have the rugged trail all terrain.Mileage went south when I got these tires, but thats ok
