Winter is coming ...

The Wrangler SR-As are stock tires. And like most stock tires, they are cheap, of lesser quality and won't perform overtime compared to others.
I bought my truck in September of 2013 and had the tires until May. They sucked on wet pavement, slush and slow.

By far the Duratech dominated in all the snow conditions, the MTR was good in the deep stuff but not good on the wet/ice.
The rest were just average.

Goodyears are junk. Truck tires, car tires, doesn't matter. I got 25k out of my stockers, and they were completely spent, wife barely went past 30k on her grand prix. There will never be a set of them in my driveway again.

You are in the minority, check out the true 4 wheeler forums and tire rack reviews. They have some top performing tires.

I don't need any reviews. Can't beat first hand experience.

Yeah, I think I'll buy a third set. Why not? Tires are cheap, right? 25k miles is totally acceptable. Actually it's great. Super loud, cupped, oblong, and dry rotted with 10k mile rotations. You guys should buy more Goodyears.

You could have the same experience with oem install BFG long trails....or of course the Pirelli Scorpions. ... or whatever. Pretty soon you have no manufacturers left because they are "all garbage" based off some oem tire you got on a new vehicle. But whatever makes you feel better and sleep at night.
